All great experiments come to RESULTS!

Hurray! We have results from the Great Book Experiment - and some amazing ART.

Ever have one of those weeks? Yeah, me too. Only I managed to find five of them? I guess that makes me really lucky. Thankfully the Greatest Dane was at my side, ready to groan dramatically on my behalf.

So, yes. This newsletter has been woefully delayed. I'll spare you the details as to why -- or better yet, I'll make up a fantastical reason as to why.

Right...

WELL.

First I had to consult with a criminal mastermind about what car she should bet on in an neon-fueled underground race -- though to be honest, she decided to go with the blue one Fable licked.

Then I was called to take Fable for a secret meeting with the powers that be in Canada -- they felt her particular brand of sass would be a powerful tool in ongoing negotiations. She strutted into that room like she owned the place, demanded a couch, and proceeded to give every bad idea a suitably scathing glare.

Pretty busy, right? And clearly important.

Whew, glad we got that out of the way and that you have accepted these wild stories in place of boring truths. (Though come on, Fable in the negotiating room? That would be epic. We deserve that.)

Shall we now move onto the results of the Great Book Experiment?

We shall.

Thanks to all the readers who weighed in on the Book Experiments -- your comments, thoughts, cheers and votes were amazing. I had such a great time sharing these three beginnings with you. I know it's been a minute (okay, maybe two) since I started this and yes, I have some room to travel yet to get back to being reliable with this newsletter -- and I'm working on that.

For now...

*Fable parades around the room, wagging furiously with Sheepy in her mouth*

To save the fragile vestiges of my sanity, I counted votes for "everything" as a vote for each experiment... and that resulted something more than 100%. *shrugs* Look, I thought about fighting the math, but I'll be honest, the numbers are more fun this way.

Oh, and I've linked each of the experiments to their result -- just in case you want to refresh your memory or catch up!

Book Experiment #1: 40%

Book Experiment #2: 70%

Book Experiment #3: 25%

Which means our witch from the past, Mayweather, has taken the prize! I love this. Even though I didn't manage to have the next chapter for you today, I'm excited for what comes next in Mayweather's story. (And you know I'm a sucker, so if you're desperate for another story to continue... you'll probably get your way).

For now, enjoy some Mayweather art!

Luv,
Dee
