A girl's guide to being in over your head
It's an art-twist (or an arty plot-twist), with a moody meet-cute from chapter one.
I realise this space is supposed to be dedicated to my supreme furry overlord, aka Fable. But the Greatest Dane has been too warm to get up to her usual shenanigans.
When I told her it was time to earn her kibble and entertain us, she yawned and stretched out further on the couch. Clearly she's not concerned about keeping her job (nor should she be, as she is perfect -- she's confident you know this).
With the Greatest Dane taking it easy in the hot weather, it gives me a chance to explore some other kind of art -- including sketching some moody still shots from Pandora Strain.
I hope you like seeing April and Peri!
It's a sad, dark image -- but I also find hope in a meeting between a human who needs a dog, and the very good doggo for them.
If you've read Jane and Grey's story in the Zombie Road trilogy, you'll find a familiar face leading Chapter Three. I was NOT expecting to have this character roll up to me and demand their own point of view -- but they did, and I'm glad for it. They are also in WAY over their head...
Ready to see who it is? I'll let you dive into the next chapter in The Pandora Strain.
Luv,
Dee
